Bags:
- Pin the pocket bags to the front trouser parts, right sides together, and sew the pocket openings. Cut in the curves of the seam allowances.
- Turn the pocket bag inside out and topstitch the pocket openings.
- Pin the inner pocket bags to the outer ones, right sides together, and sew the pocket bottoms together.
- Stitch the pocket bag to the waistband and side seam allowances with a straight stitch close to the edge.
Assemble:
- Pin the front and back trouser parts together in pairs, right sides facing and sew the inside leg seams.
- Pin the trouser legs right sides together and sew the inseam.
- Sew the side seams.
Waistband stripes:
- Pin the front and back waistband strips right sides together and sew the side seams.
- Fold the waistband strips wrong sides together and iron.
- Sew the elastic band to the ring and place it in the waistband strip.
- Sew a topstitching seam approx. 4.5 cm from the top edge for the elastic band tunnel.
- Pin and sew the bottom edge of the waistband strip to the edge of the waistband, right sides together. Stretch the strip slightly.
Cover:
- Lay the trouser legs wrong sides together at the marking and iron the splits.
- Fold the trouser leg hems over and topstitch.
- Press the turn-ups exactly into the trouser legs and topstitch in the seam line of the side and inside leg seams. Finished!
