- The skirt consists of 3 tiers. The first tier is about 20 cm high (with elastic) and the length corresponds to the hip circumference plus 10 cm.
- The second step is around 40 % longer than the first and 35 cm high.
- The third step is also around 40 % longer than the second and 45 cm high. Elastic band: 4 cm
- A - Hip circumference + 10 cm
- Height: 20 cm
- B - 40% * A
- Height - 35 cm
- C - 40% * C
- Height - 45 cm
SEW TIERED SKIRT:
- Sewing: Ruffle pattern piece B and sew to the long fabric edge of pattern piece A.
- Gather in pattern piece C and sew to pattern piece C.
- Sew the side seam.
- Section A: Fold over 5 cm, topstitch, insert elastic band, close turning opening.
- Hem the skirt. Done!
